But beneath that calm, her mind is racing faster than the speed of light. If you dare to rub her the wrong way, she’ll make you a spectacle. This girl has no stop button, and is not constrained by any norms. In that, she is a perfect representative of the Gen-Z generation. Follow her, and get ready to take notes. Lots of notes. Oh, did we mention that she thrives on challenges? Tell her that it cannot be done, and sit back and get ready to witness a cataclysmic spectacle. When Julie is on it, it gets done.

1) Kaitlyn, how do you stay so calm when everything is falling apart at the office? Do you ever just want to scream? (Asked by SandyBeach )

Calm is just a choice I make every morning, usually right after my second espresso. But if you look closely at my planner, the ink is sometimes pressed a little too hard. Screaming doesn't finish deadlines, but a well-organized to-do list does!

2) Is there actually something going on between you and Charlie, or is he just the guy who fixes your laptop? (Asked by Kakat_Admirer34 )

Charlie and I are great friends, and are anchors for each other. We have amazing chemistry, and we can finish each others' sentences. But let me just leave it at that. If I say anything else, my management team will call me to the Principal's office and I'll have some explainin' to do! Don't get me in trouble!!! :) Stay tuned and see what develops.

4) What's your morning routine like? Do you have any special rituals before starting your day? (Asked by MorningPerson )

I wake up at 5:30 AM, meditate for 20 minutes, then review my goals for the day. A strong cup of black coffee is non-negotiable! I also write three things I'm grateful for in my journal.

The emotional breakdown scene in episode 7 was incredibly challenging. It took me to some dark places, but I'm proud of how it turned out.

I use method acting techniques. I create a detailed backstory for my character and draw from personal experiences. Music also helps me get into the right emotional space.
